Yep, it's time for me to spruik The National again. ;-)

The two songs shown are new over the past month or two. The first is from a movie; the second from a video game. I haven't seen or played either. Love the songs though.

And, as well as being the time to spruik the band, it's also time for me to mention that I'm going to see them live! Can you imagine? eekie's going to see a band which isn't the Church? This must be a sure sign of the impending apocalypse. It's about three weeks off and is going to be in this lovely old music hall which is supposed to have fantastic sound. And I have a really good seat...if Matt does his trademark into the audience wander, I could be right there in the thick of it! whee!! Should be amazing!


And what of the Church and eekie's Church Excursion, 2011 Edition, you ask? Well, it was fantastic, amazing, and in parts, just plain weird. I'll post about it...I swear!
