Yay!!
One of the SK paintings I listed on Ebay last night already has one bid! Woo hoo!!
It's always hard for me to decide what to try there and what price to start it and all that, so this is a big relief.
And now I just got an email from someone wanting to buy the Vanity painting! :-D
Update #3 -- The Hellbound Heart now has a bid too. Getting that first bid is always rewarding -- and a relief too. Whew!

Fantastic! I sure hope they do well for you and for Steve!
I'd be lying if I said I'm not thinking about bidding... :-)
Yeah, I'm hoping for a few more bids of each, especially after reading SK's comment about bad financial news. A nice bidding war would be great, but I'm relieved to get opening bids this early.
Anyone notice how I made sure to reference that bad financial news in my comment that day? I figure maybe it would encourage a few more donations or something. ;-)
I have to admit I laughed when I read it, not because I'm happy about his misfortune, but because I always get bad financial news when I do my taxes or see an accountant too! I think it comes from being a bit scattered, especially when it comes to money.
i had my eye on that "vanity" one, too. i would like the orig, but i'll settle for a print. i'll let you know.....but his work is getting betta -n- betta. the detail is just superb.
bad financial news, eh? hell, that's my middle name!!!! i guess in a way that's not such a bad thing, given all the identity-thefts nowadays~~nobody would want my identity. my credit sucks too much. (knock on wood).
